Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Astro Health, we strive to provide quality astrology services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations, astrology reports, or any premium services within the app are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Chat, call, or video consultations with astrologers

  • Personalized kundli, horoscope, or compatibility reports

  • Remedies, suggestions, or spiritual guidance products/services

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, regardless of usage or dissatisfaction, unless required by applicable laws.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue.

  • The service was not delivered due to a verified system or server error on our side.

  • You were unable to access a purchased service due to app malfunction, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time after reporting it.

For refund inquiries under these conditions, please contact us at astrohealthofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. All requests must include:

  • Order ID or payment receipt

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Live Consultation Bookings can be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.

  • If a session is canceled by the astrologer or remains unserved, users may request rescheduling or a credit for future use.

  • Astro Health reserves the right to cancel any session in case of technical, scheduling, or policy issues.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a session, email us at astrohealthofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund/Cancellation Request – [Your Order ID]".


5. Refund policy 

If approved the refund will be credited into original method of payment within 10 days 


6. Return policy 

Return will be accepted on products within 5 days of order


7. Shipping 

All the products will be delivered within 10 days


8. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Astro Health’s decision will be final and binding.
